He holds a Master of Science in Mining Engineering and a Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency, alongside several professional certifications in mine management and operations. Over the course of his career, Seth has held senior executive roles, including Mine Manager and Acting General Manager of Owere Gold Mines Limited, Mine Manager at Ghana Bauxite Company, and Project Manager at Rocksure International. He is recognised for leading transformative projects such as the redesign of the conveyor system at Gold Fields Ghana, Tarkwa, which boosted ore throughput by 33%. Seth currently serves as a Mining Consultant and Project Director at H.A. Mining and Plant Pool Company Ltd.

He also offers advisory services to mining companies in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
