
Kwadwo is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, having been called to the Bar after completing the Professional Law Course (QCL) at the Ghana School of Law. He combines deep legal expertise with over a decade of senior management experience in Ghana’s oil, gas, and mining sectors. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental and Safety Management, both from GIMPA, as well as a B.Sc. in Management with a strong foundation in engineering. He has also completed professional certifications in Project Management, Safety Management, and Quality Management Systems. He has managed several integrations in the downstream oil and gas sector, which is regulated by the National Petroleum Authority. Kwadwo has served on the Ethics Committee of the Association of Oil Marketing Companies for several years. He also held the position of Managing Director at Desert Oil Ghana Limited and served as General Manager for Rootsenaf Gas Company Limited, an LPG marketing company. Prior to this, he served as the Operations and Marketing Manager for Union Oil Ghana Limited, a position he held for eight years. He provides consulting services for Juwel Energy, a bulk distribution company, and Juwel Petroleum (JP)/JP Trustees. He provides legal services for large, small, and medium-scale Mining companies in Ghana. He is a member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) (UK) and has participated in several industry conferences, seminars and training courses both at home and abroad. Kwadwo has achieved considerable success in the Oil and Gas and Mining sectors. He is poised to thrive in the legal profession as well, where he yearns to become a transactional lawyer. He aims to lecture in the future and will, in due time, position himself to achieve that goal of fulfilment.
