As Chief Operating Officer of Whitecap Group, Joseph oversees the company’s integrated portfolio across Whitecap Energy, Whitecap Logistics, Whitecap Leasing, and Whitecap Transport, ensuring synergy between clean energy initiatives and sustainable transport solutions. His leadership drives the group’s mission to build a cleaner, more efficient, and inclusive industrial ecosystem across Africa.

Before assuming his current role, Joseph co-founded Solar Contractors Africa, now  WhiteCap Energy. The company provides industry-grade solar energy systems with zero upfront cost empowering businesses to operate sustainably and cost-effectively. Under his direction, WhiteCap Energy delivers end-to-end solar solutions, including project design, financing, installation, and maintenance for industrial and commercial clients.

Joseph has strengthened the Group’s capacity to provide complete sustainability solutions from renewable energy generation to clean mobility and infrastructure.
