Dr. Tweneboah-Koduah is an accomplished board director, business strategist, leadership expert, and management consultant with over 20 years of executive, consulting, and academic experience across telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, agribusiness, education, and professional services.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive of HiPAG Services, a leading business transformation and leadership development consultancy that partners with boards, public institutions, and private enterprises to strengthen corporate governance, strategic execution, organizational performance, and sustainable growth.

Dr. Tweneboah-Koduah holds a PhD in Strategic Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, an MBA in Marketing and Small Business Development, and is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK and Ghana). He is also a Certified Small Business Consultant (USA) and an alumnus of the Stanford Seed–African Management Institute Aspire Business Growth Program. Throughout his career, he has served on the boards of financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and telecommunications companies, providing strategic oversight in governance, risk management, institutional growth, and organizational transformation. He also serves on the Academic Board and Executive Management Team of Garden City University, where he contributes to institutional strategy and policy development.

Before establishing HiPAG Services, Dr. Tweneboah-Koduah held senior commercial leadership positions, including National Direct Sales Manager at Vodafone Ghana (now Telecel Ghana), where he led nationwide sales operations and business growth initiatives. Beyond the boardroom, he is a respected executive educator and published researcher. He has led strategic capacity-building programs across Africa, including initiatives supported by the Mastercard Foundation and the O. R. Tambo Africa Research Chair Initiative, empowering entrepreneurs, executives and institutions to build resilient and high-performing organizations.
