
Ernest provides strategic leadership to advance WhiteCap’s vision of pioneering electric mobility and renewable energy solutions. He is also the Co-Founder of Akwaaba Feeds Ltd, a leading feed manufacturing company in Ghana. Ernest served as a Director of WhiteCap Development Ltd, where he led the development of a 200 MW solar power project in Northern Ghana under a signed Power Purchase Agreement with the Electricity Company of Ghana.
Beyond business, Ernest serves as the Chairperson of the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (GCYE), an organization dedicated to promoting and supporting entrepreneurship in Ghana. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Young Entrepreneurs and Start-up Support Fund (YESS Fund), which the European Union capitalizes through SNV Ghana. Ernest also serves on the Technical Working Committee for the Ghana Innovation and Start-ups Bill under the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation, where he provides strategic input to ensure the bill fosters a practical, enabling environment for start-ups, investors, and entrepreneurs in Ghana.
