Ernest provides strategic leadership to advance WhiteCap’s vision of pioneering electric mobility and renewable energy solutions. He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Akwaaba Feeds Ltd, a leading feed manufacturing company in Ghana. Ernest served as a Director of WhiteCap Development Ltd, where he led the development of a 200 MW solar power project in Northern Ghana under a signed Power Purchase Agreement with the Electricity Company of Ghana.

Beyond business, Ernest serves as the Chairperson of the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs (GCYE), an organisation dedicated to promoting and supporting entrepreneurship in Ghana. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Young Entrepreneurs and Start-up Support Fund (YESS Fund), capitalised by the European Union through SNV Ghana. Ernest also sits on the Technical Working Committee for the Ghana Innovation and Startups Bill under the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation, where he provides strategic input to ensure the bill fosters a practical and enabling environment for startups, investors, and entrepreneurs in Ghana.

His 15 years of experience spanning manufacturing, agribusiness, and renewable energy reflect a strong dedication to building sustainable legacies that bridge entrepreneurship, renewable energy, and inclusive development.
